ECO2G™ Reinvents Geothermal
ECO2G not only accesses heat that conventional technologies can’t exploit, but transforms the geothermal industry business model.  ECO2G largely obviates drilling and production risk, vastly reduces time to revenue, and significantly increases the ROI of the geothermal industry.

ECO2G will enable geothermal power to compete effectively in the global market for clean, dependable power generation:
  • Fundamentally reduces the risk associated with new and existing conventional geothermal projects as marginal wells can be retrofit to become revenue producing assets

  • Because natural rock permeability is not a requirement, deep well ECO2G drilling risk is substantially reduced; up to 50% of conventional wells fail to produce economically

  • Can rehabilitate many failed or marginal hydrothermal wells

GreenFire Energy’s proprietary geothermal “co-production retrofit” technology generates 2-4 MW from existing wells that nonproductive or underproductive.
